The profound story of husband and wife Moth and Raynor Winn, who embark on a 630-mile trek through the rugged coastlines of South West England after being removed from their home.
"The Salt Path" is based on a memoir by English author Raynor Winn that became a bestseller in 2018. After some devastating events that led to losing their home, Raynor and her husband Moth (short for Timothy) decided to walk the 1,010 km South West Coast Path in England. This film, starring Gillian Anderson and Jason Isaacs, tells their incredible story.
Although there is some controversy about the accuracy of the events Raynor wrote about, it doesn't change the fact that millions of people have been inspired by the story and the film has touched many more.
